Direct Access (DAS) Motorbike Training
At Team Valley, Gateshead
Direct Access (DAS) courses may be taken by persons over 21 years of age, who wish to obtain an unrestricted motorcycle license. Generally if you are over 21 years of age then DAS is the course you will be taking (following your CBT), unless you specifically want a restricted license instead.
Upon completing your CBT, you may progress to DAS lessons which are carried out on a 500cc motorcycle (like the one illustrated).
At TVMT we use the popular Kawasaki ER-5 500cc model for all of our DAS training, and pride ourselves on one of the highest pass rates in the country for DAS courses.
Why waste your time on failed tests and dangerous tuition? Call the regions most established school and train to get your DAS license quickly and efficiently with an incredibly experienced instructor.
As well as offering a fantastic level of training, DAS courses offer great enjoyment and you'll finish each lesson with a grin on your face. Unfortunately it won't last long though; before you know it you'll be through your test and off on your own!
For more information or to visit us for a chat and a look at the bikes, call on (0191) 491 3737. If nobody answers it's because we're all out riding, so leave a message and somebody will call you back!
Note that if you are under the age of 21, but have held a restricted license for two years or more, you may also complete DAS to remove the restriction from your license.
If you have any questions at all, or wish to book some DAS training, please call us on (0191) 491 3737.
